This is the oldest building on the property, but still serviceable.

Shop and Warehouse.
This spacious building has sufficient room for almost and any shop or maintenance facility. Could easily be converted to a huge meeting area. This building is almost twice as long as the entrance veiw that you see here.
Four separate, secure, walk-in rooms behind barred doors that were used for tool lockups. One accessible from both inside and out and used for gardening supplies.
Full bathroom facilities.
Electrical installation for running welding and common shop tools.
Overhead Storage areas for lumber, metal or other supplies.

Internationally renowned surfing beach.
Pump house. Property has three drilled wells with one hooked up to the pump and presurized storage tanks. Next to this building is the propane service that supplies the facility.
This property is currently in use as a Bible School.
